Iceberg Wedges With Ranch Dressing Ingredients (serves 6)
- 1 iceberg lettuce, outer leaves removed
- 3/4 cup (225g) whole egg mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup (125ml) buttermilk
- 2 tbs chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried mustard powder
- 2 tbs chopped dill
Iceberg Wedges With Ranch Dressing Cooking Instructions
Cut lettuce into 6 wedges. Shake the remaining ingredients well in a jar, then drizzle over the iceberg wedges.
