Iceberg Wedges With Ranch Dressing Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 1 iceberg lettuce, outer leaves removed
  • 3/4 cup (225g) whole egg mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) buttermilk
  • 2 tbs chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried mustard powder
  • 2 tbs chopped dill

Iceberg Wedges With Ranch Dressing Cooking Instructions

  1. Cut lettuce into 6 wedges. Shake the remaining ingredients well in a jar, then drizzle over the iceberg wedges.
